Once your order is placed, it typically takes 3–7 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

    •    USA: 3–4 business days

    •    Europe: 6–8 business days

    •    Australia: 2–14 business days

    •    Japan: 4–8 business days

    •    International: 10–20 business days

 

We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive updates along the way.

 

Will I Be Charged Customs Fees?

 

International orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees are beyond our control and must be covered by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

What If My Order Hasn’t Arrived?

 

If your order seems delayed, please follow these steps:

    1.    Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure your delivery address is correct.

    2.    Contact your local post office or courier for updates.

    3.    Ask your neighbors if the courier may have left the package with them.

 

If the address was entered correctly and you’ve completed the steps above, contact us at thesidnyshop@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

 

Note: If the address provided was incorrect, we can reship your order, but additional shipping costs will apply.
